Terms of Service
1. I have the right to decline any and all commissions with or without a reason.2. I have the right to block you in any other platform with or without any reason.3. My TOS is detailed from past experience to show what to expect. If you complain it’s too long, you’ll get a warning; repeated complaints = no service and blacklist.4. First-time commissioners, find the password on this page and check my YCH examples & info etc. (<- link) for details. There are two passwords around my site.5. I do not teach Discord, Trello, or other sites. My job is drawing your character. Also, I don’t design characters; please find another artist for that.6. Please be specific when commissioning me. Clear details help me draw accurately. When I send questions, answer all of them in order. If something isn’t clear, just ask, I can explain.7. Please reply within reasonable time. If responses take 5–12 hours regularly, or if you go 2–3 days without replying during a commission, I will cancel your commission and blacklist immediately. Sleeping is understandable. Just let me know your timezone.8. If something in real life is keeping you from replying, please let me know. If it’s private, a simple “I’ve got things going on IRL” is perfectly fine.9. Please provide a CLEAR reference sheet or image. If it’s blurry or pixelated, I may cancel the commission unless you can guide me through the details.10. You can request edits even after the piece is finished, but I only keep the file for one week before deleting it.11. I accept PayPal, Cash App, Ko-fi, DeviantArt Points, and gift cards. If you use a different payment app, I can try to set it up. I do not accept mailed cash, characters, or art as payment.
-----11a. Also, I may decline other forms of payments at any time. No explanation required.12. Read my Do’s and Don’ts before commissioning. Don’t like my TOS or site? Leave, no critiques accepted. Complaints, even private, = instant block and blacklist.13. I only give discounts when I announce them. Please don’t ask for one. Returning customers may get a discount at my discretion.14. Please pay after the sketch. You can request a refund before line art; after line art, refunds may not be given. If you pay before the sketch, you’ll get a warning, repeated issues will lead to a blacklist.
-----14a. Lineless commissions are pay-up-front since they have no sketch phase. If you don’t agree, please choose another option.15. If a real-life emergency stops me from drawing, I will refund you, even if the commission is nearly done.16. Do NOT rush me, I have a life outside this screen. I’ll do my best for quality and provide updates at least daily.17. I have the right to edit my Do's and Don'ts and my TOS at any time or during a commission.18. Do not come into my DM's to argue with me, that will result an immediate block/ blacklist.19. Do not DM me to be friends. Repeated attempts will result in a warning, then a blacklist and block.20. Do not flirt with me. I have a boyfriend. A warning will be given, and a second offense will result in being blocked and blacklisted.21. Have your payment ready when commissioning. Waiting 24+ hours without paying may cancel your commission (warning, no blacklist). Repeated delays, including for changes, will lead to a blacklist.22. You may post my art in different platforms, please do not say you drew it, please credit me properly (ex: This drawing was made by MillieTheCoyote on DeviantArt or Discord!)23. You may use my art for other purposes, but not to scam people/ impersonate me. You can use it to Roleplay idk.24. Do not ask for commercial commissions (merchandise of my artwork, it requires a license from me)25. Breaking my TOS will earn a warning. Repeat offenses will get you blacklisted.26. If you block me after confirming a commission, you will be immediately blacklisted. Please let me know if you’re no longer interested before blocking me. You may block me freely after canceling, but blocking mid-commission results in an instant blacklist.

What I am unable to draw

-Fetishes
-NSFW-Blended/gradient colors (I cannot FOR the life of me shade it, I can only offer flat color commissions for that)-Demonic symbols-Demon like character in nature-Looks like a Demon-I may refuse service to characters or usernames like "Lucifer" or other demon names, as I’m Christian and do not accept those names.-The peace symbol, hand gesture is okay tho-Anything offensive to me (I will let you know and will or will not provide any reason.)-Witches/ Wizard/ wiccan/ etc. characters (Once again, I am a Christian)-I can draw OCs who like Halloween, but I won’t draw OCs themed around Halloween. Candy corn-themed characters/items are fine.-Extremely complex designs (we can debate/ discuss this)-Protogens
-MECHS (robots)
-Wolverines
-Humanoids
-Kemono
-Humans-Buff/ extremely muscular body's-Shipping art/ romantical poses (We can debate this privately)-I cannot shade very dark colors (#000000). Flat colors are fine, or we can discuss alternatives.-Extremely Scaly character's/ reptiles(I will add more If I cannot draw certain things or during commissions)
