TL;DR – Please Read FirstThis TOS is detailed due to past experiences and exists to set clear expectations for both of us.
By commissioning me, you agree that:^{* I may decline or cancel commissions at my discretion* My art style naturally varies, and strict consistency is not guaranteed* Clear communication, timely replies, and proper references are required* Full payment is required as stated (no installments or delays)* Disrespect, arguing, rushing, flirting, or ignoring boundaries will result in cancellation and a blacklist* Credits are required; commercial use is not allowed without a license (Either way, I don't take commercial commissions)* You are still required to read the full Terms of Service below before commissioning.* If you disagree with anything listed here or in the full TOS, please do not commission me and move on.}Proceeding means you have read, understood, and agreed to everything.

1. Right to Refuse & Block
I reserve the right to decline any commission or block any user on any platform at any time, with or without explanation.2. Agreement to TOS
By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you dislike or disagree with them, please leave. Critiques or arguments about my TOS, even privately, will result in an immediate block and blacklist.3. Purpose of These Rules
These terms exist due to past experiences and set clear expectations. Complaining that they are “too long” will result in a warning. Repeated complaints = no service and blacklist.4. Art Style Disclaimer
My art naturally varies in style and rendering. My portfolio reflects this. Requests for strict consistency, complaints about “quality,” or attempts to force a specific look are not accepted and may result in cancellation and blacklist.5. First-Time Commissioners
First-time clients must find the passwords on my site and review my YCH examples & info etc. tab before commissioning. There are two passwords total.6. What I Do & Don’t Do
I only draw your character. I do not teach Discord, Trello, or other platforms, and I do not design characters. Please seek another artist for those services.7. Communication Expectations
Be clear and specific when commissioning. Answer all questions in order. Ask if something is unclear.
^{--7a. Repeated delays of 5–12 hours, or 2–3 days of no response during a commission, will result in cancellation and blacklist.
--7b. Sleeping is fine; just tell me your timezone.
--7c. If real life interferes, a simple “I have IRL things going on” is enough.}8. References Required
You must provide a clear, readable reference sheet or image. Blurry or pixelated references may result in cancellation unless you can clearly explain details.9. Edits & File Retention
Edits can be requested even after completion, but I only keep finished files for one week before deletion.10. Payment Methods
I accept PayPal, Cash App, Ko-fi, DeviantArt Points, and gift cards. I may decline payment methods at any time. I do not accept mailed cash, characters, or art as payment.11. Payment Timing & Refunds
Full payment is required before work begins. No installment plans, partial payments, or delayed payments are accepted.

--11b. Lineless commissions require full payment upfront.
--11c. Paying at the wrong stage will result in a warning; repeated issues = blacklist.}12. Delays & Emergencies
Do not rush me. I have a life outside of commissions. I will provide updates at least daily. If a real-life emergency prevents me from finishing, you will be refunded, even if the work is nearly complete.13. Behavior Rules
Do not DM me to argue, be friends, or flirt with me. I am engaged.

--13b. Flirting = warning, second offense = block/blacklist.}14. Credits & Usage
You may post my art on other platforms with proper credit. Do not claim it as your own. You may use it for personal purposes (such as roleplay), but not to scam, impersonate me, or for commercial use.15. Violations & Blocking
Breaking these terms results in a warning; repeat offenses lead to a blacklist.
^{--15a. Blocking me mid-commission results in an immediate blacklist. You may block me freely after canceling properly.}16. TOS Updates
I reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time, including during an active commission.

Disclamer: I may turn you down based on if the character looks a little complex for me to draw.

What I am unable to draw

-Fetishes
-NSFW-Blended/gradient colors (I cannot FOR the life of me shade it, I can only offer flat color commissions for that)-Demonic symbols-Demon like character in nature-Looks like a Demon-I may refuse service to characters or usernames like "Lucifer" or other demon names, as I’m Christian and do not accept those names.-The peace symbol, hand gesture is okay tho-Anything offensive to me (I will let you know and will or will not provide any reason.)-Witches/ Wizard/ wiccan/ etc. characters (Once again, I am a Christian)-I can draw OCs who like Halloween, but I won’t draw OCs themed around Halloween. Candy corn-themed characters/items are fine.-Extremely complex designs (we can debate/ discuss this)-MECHS (robots)
-Wolverines
-Humanoids
-Humans-Buff/ extremely muscular body's-Shipping art/ romantical poses (We can debate this privately)-I cannot shade very dark colors (#000000). Flat colors are fine, or we can discuss alternatives. Cel-shading process may not be exactly what you expect with darker shades.-Extremely Scaly character's/ reptiles(I will add more If I cannot draw certain things or during commissions)
